Terms and Conditions

The following sales- and delivery conditions apply for all deliveries from KG Import. The conditions apply in the case that no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and KG Import.

 

Documentation and instructions:

If there are product descriptions and operating instructions to the product, then it will be included in the delivery from KG Import.If you wish further information or advise from KG Import, then this should be considered only as guidance.

 

Responsibility:

The responsibility for the products purchased in KG Import changes from KG Import to the buyer at the time of delivery.

 

Warranty:

24-month guarantee (not for B2B dealers). Any fault or defects on products delivered from KG Import must be claimed within reasonable time after the buyer has discovered the fault or defect. It is the buyer's duty to inform and on demand show how the fault or the defect occurs. If the buyer discovers a fault or defect, then the buyer must contact KG Import as soon as possible. The buyer can normally only complain about faults and defects that occur at the latest one year after the products have been delivered. For products with limited durability the buyer's right to complain is limited by the durability period informed by KG Import.

 

Price and payment:

All prices shown on this website are in EUR and including VAT (B2B prices are shown without VAT).

In this shop you can order the products online and pay cash on delivery or by credit card online.

When paying with credit card the amount of the order will only be withdrawn from your account, once the order has been sent from our warehouse.

 

Delivery and transportation:

Delivery of products from KG Import is considered done when the buyer has received the products. All orders are delivered by GLS, PostNord or UPS.

 

Delivery time:

The delivery time in Denmark are normally 1 to 3 days. For the rest of Europe 3 to 10 days and for countries outside of Europe 14 to 21 days.

Delivery times are estimates only and KG Import shall not be liable for delays.

 

Privacy Policy

KG Import understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The policy will not disclose customer / user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

When you shop with us, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Possibly. shipping address if it is different from the billing address
• Phone Number
• E-mail address

 

We register and disclose your personal information to the selected freight company for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal data are registered with KG Import ApS and stored for five years after which the information is deleted.

 

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only deal with information on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.

Any credit card information is stored by Worldline.

 

Data Responsible for KG Import ApS is Jan Grøndal.

 

As registered with KG Import ApS, you are always entitled to send us your objections to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled by phone or email to salg@kgi.dk. When canceling via email cancellation must be confirmed by KG Import ApS before it is valid.

 

Return policy:

KG Import guarantee 14 days of return policy starting from the day the buyer received the products. If the buyer regrets the purchase, the KG Import must be notified about this at the latest 21 days after the day the buyer received the products. The buyer must return the products in the same condition and amount as they were delivered, and the buyer must pay the freight for returning the products to KG Import. For specified product where a more advantageous return policy applies, the more advantageous return policy applies instead of the normal return policy.

 

Reservations:

Special products in this shop are only for use on racing tracks and must not be used on public road. Reservation for writing errors and discontinued products.
