Withdrawal

KG Import guarantee 14 days of return policy starting from the day, the buyer received the products. If the buyer regrets the purchase, KG Import must be notified no later than 14 days after receipt of the products. After that the buyer has 14 days to return the products.

Products must be returned in original and unbroken packaging.

Products must be properly packed.

Any costs regarding the return must be covered by the buyer.

The buyer must return the products in same condition and quantity as received.

A product is considered used, if used more than could be expected when trying the product in a shop.

When returning a used product an assessment of impairment will be made, which will be deducted from the original price. The impairment will be based on which price, the product can be sold at as used item.

For specified product where a more advantageous return policy applies, the more advantageous return policy applies instead of the normal return policy.
